I Like Hotel Room Setup and Facilities. Easy Access To Parking, And Cleaning.

I regret the Reception Staff at Morning, She Talking Rude, At Morning Call To Reception For Sugar Packet, She Told Wait I send Waiting 15 Minutes Didn't Get, Again Call She Talking Rude and she told I say wait only 1 staff be is busy when he free you can get. I was waiting 40 Minutes But didn't get than finally we check out but without Drinking tea.

breakfast, size of the room

the shower was cold, after calling the reception they repaired it, one glass part of the shower door was missing from the shower so all the floor was wet, the internet was not working, we asked for a baby cot in advance as we knew that we would arrive at midnight - after arrival we had to remaind the reception about the baby cot and wait another 15 min (there was hardly any guests in the hotel so they were not very busy)

Decent hotel with classic setting interior and well placed near shops, restaurants and frequent taxi availability on road.

A little old hotel facilities needs to repair some like shower space.

I AM QUITE DISAPPOINTED AND I DID NOT GET THE VALUE FOR MONEY.

JUST A SOFT BED AND GENEROUS WATER SUPPLY. THE FILIPINO STAFF QUICKLY RESPOND TO THE CALL FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE ROOM.

I ASKED FOR A NON-SMOKING AREA AND I GOT A CIGARETTE BUTT IN THE WASHROOM. THE AIR-CONDITIONING WAS CHANGING CONSTANTLY AND WOULD NORMALLY RUN LIKE A FAN. THE RECEPTION WAS NOT COORDINATING WITH THE RESTAURANT AS WE HAVE FREE BREAKFAST WITH THE BOOKING. BEFOREHAND, I REQUESTED ONLINE FOR A SMALL DETAIL FOR ADDITIONAL BEDDING AND TOWELS AND SO ON, BUT I STILL HAVE TO REQUEST AGAIN. AS I ENTERED THE ROOM, THERE WAS A PECULIAR SMELL AND IT WAS NOT GOOD. VERY SELDOM YOU SEE PEOPLE SMILE AS IF YOU ARE NOT WELCOME. FOOD DOES NOT HAVE A SPECIAL VARIETY CHAIRMEN HOTEL CAN SAY A "SPECIALTY" OF THEIR OWN.

The rooms were really comfortable. My parents were really happy with the services. Front office staff Ms. Doll and housekeeping staff Mr. Prem and infact all the hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. They ensured a great stay at the property. Kudos!

We arrived at Doha Airport early in the morning, and although we were out of standard hotel accommodation time, we were accommodated. They were extremely responsive. Despite the last-minute booking, they managed to organize the airport transfer.

Staffs friendly, most of them.

Most of the staffs are friendly and nice. The room is big and comfortable. The housekeeper Lea she is amazing.

I stayed there for 1 week, I really loved the staffs, I must tell about Lea she is the housekeeper, extremely profissional and friendly. There is one recepcionist in the night shift he is rude and seems like don't like to talk with people. The hotel is very comfortable. During 7 days I spent there I had to ask the reception to send somebody to clean my room, of course during the morning I stayed in the room, but the reception should call tô all rooms and ask if we would like somebody to replenish and clean, even because they have time to leave, I mean the staffs. I really enjoyed my week there, I don't wanna say that the staffs don't work well, but they should receive some good ways from the manager about "how do the things better", I worked in a hotel before I know exactly how the things work. The 2 girls in front desk, they are nice, I cant forget the people from the restaurant they are very gentleman even the ladies working there. I think I wrote correcly even because what happened it wasn't falt from the staffs. :)
